Yes, Maket offers a free plan — 50 one-time credits, no credit card required. It includes single-floor plan generation, the floor plan editor, and render generation. Free projects can be shared using a link, but downloadable exports are for paid plans only.

Homeowner is designed for a complete home project. It includes 300 AI credits per month, multi-floor generation, AI floor plan editing, one AI-assisted plan upload, and PDF, DXF, and render exports.
What’s included in the Pro Plan?
Pro is designed for professionals managing multiple projects. It includes 3,000 AI credits per month and up to five human-validated plan uploads per month with 100% accuracy, along with dedicated onboarding and ongoing priority support. Pro also lets you add branding to design references for client presentations and create reusable plan presets that can be adapted across projects.

Does Maket offer a free trial?
Maket doesn't use a time-limited free trial. Instead, the Free plan gives you 50 one-time credits with no credit card required, so you can explore the platform for as long as those credits last before deciding to upgrade.
How do Maket credits work?
Credits are used for AI-powered actions in Maket. Generating or uploading a floor plan uses 20 credits, generating a render uses 10 credits, and running an optimization uses 5 credits. Free includes 50 one-time credits. Homeowner and Pro credits refresh monthly and expire at the end of each monthly cycle.
How much can I create with 300 credits?
Homeowner includes 300 credits per month. That’s enough for up to 15 AI-generated floor plan floors, or 30 renders, or 60 optimizations, or a combination of all three. Homeowner also includes one AI-assisted plan upload.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly and annual plans include the same features and monthly credit allowance. Choosing annual gets you a 17% discount in exchange for a 12-month commitment — you can pay for the year upfront or in monthly installments. Your included credits continue to refresh monthly, regardless of your billing cycle or payment schedule.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, while upgrades take effect immediately. If you cancel an annual subscription, your plan remains active until the end of your annual billing period and will not renew.
Can I use top-ups without a paid subscription?
Top-up packs are available to paid subscribers only. Upgrading also unlocks multi-floor generation, ai editing and floor plan uploads.
What happens to top-up credits if I cancel?
Your top-up credits stay in your account. They'll be waiting if you resubscribe — we never take them away.
What happens when I upgrade my plan?
Your upgrade takes effect immediately. You’ll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period, and your credit balance will be updated to your new plan’s allowance right away. Any additional top-up credits you’ve purchased will be preserved.
What’s the difference between AI-assisted and human-validated plan uploads?
Homeowner includes one AI-assisted plan upload that provides a starting point you can review and edit, but it isn’t guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Pro uploads are reviewed by our team to accurately reproduce the dimensions and placement of rooms, doors, and windows from your original plan. Pro members can submit up to five human-validated plan uploads per month, with delivery within a few hours.
